Did bulk labels but no QR code, and cant print the label

Item has been sold didnt know doing bulk labels wouldnt give me a QR code now i cant cancel the label its telling me to contact support . I cant print the label and I cant cancel said label to try and get a QR code.

What am I meant to do?
