Description wrong

Please could someone tell me how can I change the description on my sale item, ive made a mistake, someone has already bid on it thankyou

You can't change description now you have a bid.

Person bid based in your description.

If it is significant error, better to end listing & redo correctly.

I'm afraid you cannot add anything to the description now a bid has been placed.

Is it the Pulsar item?  It's an expensive item and the winner would not be pleased,  I'd imagine if this a ' major fault'.  Is it?

If so,  may be worth ending the listing and relisting with the correct details,  you may be charge a fee based on the highest bid placed for ending the item early.

Normally you would revise your listing to change it, but as you already have a bid you will be unable to revise it now.

You would have to cancel the bid and revise the listing. Perhaps you could send your bidder a message first?
