Do you mean you wish to hand deliver this item?

Firstly,  was it listed as a collection item?  Then, after purchase and payment the buyer will receive a 6 digit QR code.  After payment you can exchanged contact details.

After delivering the item, do Not forget to scan the code,  or take the 6 digits to manually add them to the order details,  to the left of ....  Confirm Collection.  This is your only proof for a ' collection' item,  that the buyer has received their item.

Do not leave the item without receiving this code.

Hi Thanks for your reply, the item is difficult to pack and send by courier.
The item is advertised as collection only, I have someone interested in the item but they can’t get to me, so I’m wondering if I can deliver the item myself after they have paid.

Yes,  you can, but as above,  before delivering the item after  it has been purchased and paid for,  message the buyer to make sure they have that 6 digit QR code,  they should find it either in their emails or eBay messages, perhaps with the order details.

Do not exchange the item without this code.  

If they do not have the code, come back to us we'll explain how to proceed.
