Delivery

I purchased an item for home delivery just received a text telling me it’s been collected , well not by me S I don’t do collection as don’t drive and do not go anywhere with out someone with me so no idea who collection also on reading here to collect you need a number or code I had neither as you cannot speak to eBay and seller doesn’t reply what do I do

Are you sure that it does not mean collected by who ever is delivering to you?

A text is not proof of delivery and would not be accepted as proof of delivery by ebay and if not delivered by the estimated delivery date, you just open a not received case, to get a refund.
