A a new seller your payout may be placed on a hold up to 21 days until tracking shows delivery.
As your tracking now is different you do need to alter it. Go to where you marked the item as dispatched and if you cannot change the tracking manually to the one now used, you'll need to contact eBay Customer Service and they can do this for you.
Their lines open in a few minutes at 9 a.m. contact them then, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As said, I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
