I've not sold much on Ebay but a recent sale the delivery was changed to parcelforce as my customer selected to purchase both available items and I couldnt swap it back to RoyalMail. I figured all would be OK so I printed the label and popped it to the shop. After a day or so it never moved and I rang parcelforce to be told they don't collect parcels and I have to take it to a Depot??
Anyway I voided the label and setup Royal Mail manually and the parcel has been delivered.
Does anyone know if i can I get the parcelforce money back as my hand was forced here and I'm out nearly £15?
