Delivered parcel missing

A parcel I sent to a buyer was delivered and marked as delivered by track 48, a photo was taken when left. She said its missing and doesn't think neighbours took it in. If she asks for a refund where do I stand with this, do I have to give her money back as I provided the tracking number and it's been marked as delivered. Thanks

eBay will go by the tracking.   She needs to actually ask her neighbours.   It was obviously taken after delivery.
