Damaged product in transit

Hi , I ve started selling things on EBay recently and I am not sure how to handle this situation! One of my products was damaged in transit by Evri even the product was wrapped twice with bubbles and have had 2 stickers with fragil on! The buyer want a refund but how will cover me? What I need to do to not be out of pocket?

The buyer opens a not as described dispute and you send a pre paid label for the return through the dispute

Once you have it back then you refund the buyer in full.

Then claim from Evri. If you bought through ebay then  it is Packlink
