Returning items

Hi if I return items to seller would there be any risk of them not refunding or replacing the wrong Part ? 
I have received the return address from eBay message

Why are you returning it?.

If the item is a not as described then the seller sends a pre paid label.

If it is a change of mind then you pay the postage you have to send it tracked

Once they recieve it back they have 3 days to refund

If they dont then you escalate to ebay 

As long as the item shows Delivered you win any dispute.

It is always best to ask for a refund rather than a replacement as they often do not arrive and you are run out of time for a dispute.

I’m returning it because it doesn’t fit and I am paying for return but I just messaged the seller and didn’t inform eBay 

not sure if I send it back without informing eBay is ok or not

You must request a return through a dispute on ebay to be covered.

You need to check the sellers listing to see if they accept returns.

If they dont then sell on yourself.

Find the item in your Purchases

Select Return this item from the menu on the right

Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why you're returning it.
