Damaged on arrival

An bottle shelf for a fridge arrived damaged. I messaged the seller immediately to see what action they wanted to take. 

No response.

I've messaged again in case they missed it .

How long should I wait for a response and what should I do if I get none?

Start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

What was the response?  If it was anything other than an immediate refund do not take your eye off the money back guarantee time limits.

Hi. Although they were a little slow responding they did in fact send a replacement very quickly. I got spooked by some bad reviews. But they sorted it very quickly.
