Sometimes the ebay bots will pick something up they believe to be in violation. For example if you had a piece of porcelain and referenced the website for the item then this would be seen as a violation and ebay thinking your trying to conduct an off site sale. Whilst an innocent error and sometimes someone trying to be helpful, it is viewed otherwise.
Without being able to see the listings or having the item numbers its difficult to see what happened.
Regarding the items are they in your ended items section on the hub, they may be there for revising before relisting.
