I posted an item to the buyer with tracking and its been delivered but my funds are still on hold. The proof of delivery is the positive feedback given from the buyer. If this is going to be an issue going forward then I'm not selling on Ebay anymore.
There was an issue over the weekend with Royal Mail and eBay’s tracking not working or updating correctly so it may be a blip. It shouldn’t happen and eBay’s systems should and ought to be robust enough to deal with this before rolling out this policy.
