Sent an item via InPost and on arrival buyer said the item was broken and smashed into several pieces (sent photo as proof). Gave full refund to the buyer. InPost say I cannot claim a refund from them as it was sold through EBay and Ebay should claim. EBay say I have to claim not them. Getting nowhere, who is right?
