DPD delivery

Dpd took item to delivery address and then walked away with it again. No card/ No update/ No new delivery  info?/ tracking info has gone blank?

Should they usually leave a card saying we tried to deliver your item? Who is resposible, Post office/ Ebay or DPD

any info appriciated

Better explanation required, however does the post office come into this.

If you are the seller then it is up to buyer to open a not received case!
