DHL haven’t collected parcel. Getting no response from them.

Hello,

I was due to have DHL collect a parcel from me on Monday 27th, but they didn’t come.

 They rebooked for the 28th and didn’t show up. Likewise the 29th. Now they don’t respond to my requests.

Ebay automated assistant isn’t any help. What can I do?

i’m frantic. Please help.

DHL are doing this a lot.   They've obviously are not coping with the extra work ebay are putting their way.  

You might have to cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement, via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.    Assuming the item is extra large you may be able to opt out of Simple Delivery and choose your own, more reliable, courier.   If you have problems doing that follow the advice on here:

Then relist for the buyer to buy again.
