DHL didn't collect my parcel

DHL didn't collect my parcel and this should have been collected on Monday 27th October. I have tried email and phone and no response from either. Shipping number says the parcel has been collect but it clearly hasn't. What a rubbish service. Reached out to eBay but it's just an automated chat, which us rubbish. Paid over £10 for the postage, so not paying again. They buying is not asking why has his parcel on arrived.

Yep,  this is an issue many are experiencing you are not alone.

On last week's Weekly Chat with eBay Community Managers,  this was announced....

' You can use your own courier if you wish. DHL are experiencing higher volumes than usual and are working on this to improve the service level.  A refund request for the postage can then  be made. '

If you are in this position and can use your own postage do so, and a refund for the unused Simple Delivery label is made this way:

Unfortunately,  the system is thus,  that is,  once you trigger the SD label,  it marks the item as dispatched!  Maybe an explanatory message to your buyer explaining this may appease them !

Thanks for the response. If I pay for postage again, how do I contact eBay to get the original postage costs back. I have tried to contact eBay but just the automated message board.
