DHL collection

An item I sold was supposed to collected by DHL but it has not been, I can’t find any information on this issue

A lot of sellers have complained about DHL doing this.  There's no easy answer.  If you Google their phone you can ring them. 

 If they don't help you could cancel the entire transaction and relist for buyer to buy again and trigger a new collection date and hope they come this time.

Or you could pay the postage for a more reliable courier yourself.
