Customwr cancelling order

I have a customer trying to cancel an order after winning our of 5 bids in an auction they are now saying bought in error. It says if I accept cancellation i will have to pay fees for reposting what do I do I still want it sold without fees. If I do nothing will it lapse and the auto relist?

I do not understand what you mean?  If buyer has not paid, then you cancel for non payment, if they have paid then cancelling refunds in full.

If you have already posted, then buyer has to return to you at THEIR expense before you refund.

Whichever of these circumstances are correct, you lose nothing only time.

As far as mention of fees is concerned, I think it is a standard message, but as a private seller you would not have paid a listing fee, so again relisting would not incur fee.

The message only means that if you did not qualify for a free listing then to relist another fee would be payable.

This would be the case if selling a vehicle, when there would be a relisting fee.
