Customise postage

I’ve got an item up for sale where I cannot choose for customised postage, it will only let me choose simply delivery (which I don’t want because it’s more expensive for my buyers. Is there any way to change this?

Looks like you have managed to sort this now,if not can you let us know the item number to check please.

It happened with these two items as well. I want to select second class large letter, it just offered me the simple delivery option. EBay number on attached pictures
