Hello everyone 

can someone please tell me how to contact customer service with out the chat bot as none of the questions are relevant that it asks 

with my issue.

Am having trouble getting in touch with a seller that I bought from
The item is under warranty still
They have spoken with me via email but they have not replied back on numerous times that I sent them all the information as requested
No phone number to call
Just email that they are not replying to
Any advice would be helpful

As a buyer  you only get 30 days from  the last estimated delivery date to raise a return case for a refund.

Ebay don't cover warranties or guarantees.

If you passed the time to make a claim with ebay, but your still within the time frame to make a chargeback then contact your payment provider

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days and they don't get involved with warranties. 

Depending on when you bought, your payment provider may help.

Or if UK business seller, contact citizens advice.
