Customer put wrong address on her account

Hi, I sold a black radley purse for £25.99. Posted it, and then the next day received a message of the buyer basically saying she doesn't live at the address that I sent it to. The address she put down!  And asking what am I going to do about it !!! Anybody any ideas of where we go with this

As long as you sent it to the address ebay gave you when the buyer paid then you are covered by ebay seller protection for any claim the buyer might make.  

You could tell her that if you get it back you will refund her.
