Custom Postage selection not working

I'm new to selling and this morning I'm trying to list a new item, but when  I come to complete delivery the Custom Postage button will not select, the only option is Simple Delivery. It was working perfectly yesterday and to my knowledge I haven't changed any settings. I'm wary about using Simple Delivery as I need to use Royal Mail collection and also the Simple Delivery price showing this morning is more expensive than customising Royal Mail. Has anyone any suggestions please? Many thanks.

Try relisting something that you'd previously listed without SD and just change all the other details.
