Creating an Invoice for items sold?

Hi, I have a buyer that has bought 5 items off me.

I want to send them an invoice so that I can combine shipping. However, I cannot find out how?

Also the buyer cannot find where to request an invoice!

I thought you just request an invoice. However, unsure if that is possible with all the changes!

Can anyone help?

There's been a problem with combining invoices for a while now that ebay are working to fix apparently.    In the meantime the buyer should pay full price and you can issue a partial refund via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders page.   Click on Send Refund and you will be able to change the amount on the next page before you submit.

This is an ongoing issue, you can't issue invoice at the moment. 

Buyers can pay in full and you part refund.
