Courier not collected item

Hi I sold an item and it was arranged for collection by DHL, I got a text to telling me collection would be on the 24 nov but they never arrived to collect it, I’m not sure what to do now, any advice would be appreciated thanks

DHL are doing this a lot.   Try ringing them on 0344 248 0012.
