Hello, sold an item and posted with EVRI, They dumped the parcel at the buyers house in the rain. Whilst the parcel was wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper, it wasnt waterproof. Is it possible to contact EVRI.. or is that via ebay etc?
Assuming you used Simple Delivery eBay will refund the buyer for loss or damage in transit and you keep the payment. So ask the buyer to open an "Item damaged” return and they will get their money back from ebay. Even though it's a return they won't have to send the item back.
