Courier collection

I have a buyer who bought a large item collection only. She says she thought she bought delivery at the same time. She only answers messages after about 4 days. I have offered many options but she insists now that I’m to send it which I have agreed to do provided she pays the courier payment into my PayPal account first. That was a week ago. So two questions if I can’t send it, how long before it has to be resolved and also if an item is collected by a courier for a buyer, who is responsible for the packaging of the item.

I would definitely cancel this order,  and not organise any courier on their behalf. 

The courier may well come without that vital 6 digit QR code for you,  and this is the only proof the item was collected.  You would be responsible if the payment is coming directly from you,  to pack the item safely too.  So cost of packaging enters in the equation.

Cancel the order, citing Problem with Buyer's Address.  This fully refund the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.
