Hi, I have recently sold an item and been paid with a coupon.  How do i get this changed to a payment?  Tks

I do not understand, sellers never know how buyer pays, and a coupon would not show as means of payment. You would just receive payment in the usual way.

Does item appear in your items 1. Awaiting payment or 2. Paid awaiting dispatch. If 1. you have not been paid.

You need to explain exactly what has happened and how you were advised payment was by coupon!!

Thanks John.  The sale was completed on the website, the funds were in our account but there was no option to send payment to us, just a so-called coupon to use against a purchase.  I havent used eBay for a couple of years so things may have changed but there was no facility on the website to make a payment to my account.  But there was on the app.  Not sure why that is but I will know for next time.  And I have now sorted it and thank you for intervening.  ATB Jack
