Counterfeit watches

How can you get through to someone at EBay who who would actually help with counterfeit reporting? Reported something 3 times and all I get is an AI rubbish reply that they can find no reason to proceed!

I contacted a seller regarding lots of brand new Seiko watch he is listing at low prices (suspect) he then replied it these are fake. At least he was honest. I reported this to EBay (long winded system now) and 3 times they rejected my reporting. Utter rubbish

eBay ill not go on one report alone no matter how many times if reported just from one person, they work on cases and if too many are opened , escalated,  refunds made,  that raises red flags and eBay investigate further.  Selling sanctions may be applied even selling bans.

Better still get in touch with the rights holder,  they then  can report it to eBay for removal.
