Counterfeit perfume

I bought perfume as a gift for someone. It’s now past the 90 days and they have plucked up the courage to tell me it is fake. Seller not responding but has since received similar reviews. How do I contact a real person at EBay about counterfeit products.

There is nothing you can do.

You had 30 days to return the item for a full refund and also had the opportunity to leave feedback - sadly, you did neither.

What 90 days? eBay's time limits for claims under its money back guarantee is only 30 days. They will have no interest now.

How did you pay? Your payment provider e.g credit or debit card may still be able to help. Their time limit is likeley to be around 120 days.
