I am in the UK, and have sold a framed antique map to a buyer in Hungary. The parcel is 115 x 80x50cm, and weighs 20kg. This was listed as a parcel to this size and weight, and should have gone via the Global Shipping Programme. My buyer has asked for the cost of shipping, and says there is no price at his end. How do I proceed?

It sounds like GSP isn't working for this. You could revise the listing to add direct postage to Hungary. If using Royal Mail you can check international prices on their website. You'll need Europe zone 2.
If the buyer has bought the item you will probably have to cancel the transaction (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist with overseas postage for them to buy again.

No, you'd have to cancel and relist - with buyer's agreement.

If the map is framed with glass then you'll have difficulty finding a courier to offer insurance on it. Most won't take framed items.
