Copying someone else’s listing to sell your item.

I recently sold an item on eBay. Happy with transaction, however the buyer is now reselling this item using my original listing exactly including my photographs. Not happy with this. What can I do about it?

Nothing.

Under every listing it says "Sell one like this"

We all also agreed that any photos can be added to ebay library when signing up to ebay.
