Contacting ebay

Please can anyone help me contact a real life talk person at eBay? The assistant computer is taking me round and round in circles and I'm going mad trying to get a German Business to understand me! 😭

I doubt whether eBay customer support will get help you in communicating with a seller in Germany.

What exactly is the problem? If it's simply language, you can use Google translate to translate your messages.

How do you think ebay will help? Why not use Google translate to message in German. Likewise if you get a reply, use Google to translate to English

Have we misunderstood that you do not wish any German translation here, but you received the Germany  Customer Services base, and wish to speak to someone perhaps more understanding of an issue you have here in the UK ?

If you contact eBay Customer Services very first thing on weekdays when lines first open at 8 a.m. there's more chance of Dublin answering. For the coming weekend lines open at 9 a.m.

You could of course come back here, and explain the problem you are having,  there are many very experienced people here,  happy to help you.

If you wish to try CS again,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
