Contacting a human to resolve a problem with the eBay site

Why can’t I talk to a human to resolve a problem I am having with the eBay site. I am trying to list items, I do not want to use the simple delivery and use a delivery of my choice. The custom postage choice is not there and then it is. I save the custom choice but then the next item I list the custom choice has disappeared and I have to go through the process again. What is going on!

Do you not get this as part of listing form if not is there no link to get “see postage options”on right side.

 

I have been successful in avoiding simple postage. Working it out myself is simpler than using ebay’s system.
