Contact an unsuccessful bidder

Is there a way to contact a bidder who's bid has expired - I have their id, but there seems no way of contacting them

All you have tobdo is click on their ID in the bidding history, to get a contact link.

If it is so long ago this is not available then use this https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html

If you click on their ID there may be a contact link, top right of next page.   But if you mean a "best offer" that's expired there's usually no way of contacting them.
