Hey Everyone,

I have had this account for an year now. Got good feedbacks and delivered best to needs. In between I had a few defects due to unseen circumstances related to Medical. I cleared them with eBay. Now it's been over 4 months and I still cannot get to list on my account. Everything is fine on it. The seller Level even. The restriction came due to BBE when I was able to deliver items on time and delayed by days,again in my defense due to the Medical. Now I want to got back to listing and appeal but I am not getting any option to do so. I emailed a month ago and no reply. I came again to talk but I get error something went wrong,contact an agent and it is happeneing over and over on the Automated Response. Help me contact and reinstate my account.

What kind of restriction was it?  If it was an indefinite or permanent restriction that is a lifetime ban,  you cannot sell again on eBay.

If it was a timed restriction you just need  for this to pass to sell again.

First you need to log out of here and log into www.ebay.com to continue.

You can then contact eBay Customer Services they usually do not explain any restrictions in full, but should be able to tell you when and if you can sell again.
