Consumer in USA cannot see anything to purchase in our UK Shop

I have had a customer in USA contact advising that they wish to purchase from us - we have GSP enabled. However when I sent them the link to our shop it is stating that there are no items available for them to purchase in their area?

I have tested it and they are correct - any reason why this would be?

I have gone onto ebay.com and typed in some of our items and they come up in the search

Due to uncertainty over tariffs, GSP is suspended.

The idea behind GSP is thst everything is paid up front, with no bill to buyer before delivery. If GSP cannot calculate fees they cannot charge up front.

Thank you - but none of my items are affected by this as they aren't over the $800 dollar and not made in China - in fact it doesn't state anywhere that GSP has been suspended either on that article?

Try asking on business seller board, they may have more experience.

I suggest you look at your own listings,and quote your own shipping costs to USA then they can buy.

The only shipping quoted to USA is GSP so if that is not working then they cannot buy and pay.

The latest that eBay have said on the matter is:

Select GSP listings have begun to appear for US buyers, allowing some UK sellers to start seeing sales to the US.   We will continue to work on ensuring that GSP service coverage is maximised, as customs requirements evolve.   Until then if you are not yet seeing GSP coverage for your item and wish to list items for US buyers you can specify a shipping service to the US.
