This seller has been cheating me for a while now. I order, I don't get it on time, and they refund me. I order again, I don't get it on time, and they refund me. They keep cheating me like this. My chickens are hungry.

To keep those chickens happy I would be buying from elsewhere from another seller.......

If you are not happy with the seller you have bought from, then you should find another seller.

From the seller's message it looks as if the tracking showed delivery. It is possible your purchase was stolen and it is worth checking your address is correct.
