Subject: Request for eBay Support on Refund IssueHi,I made a purchase, but the item did not fit my needs. I requested a refund, and the seller was quick to respond but only wanted to send me a percentage of what I paid. I refused this offer. Eventually, I received a QR code for the return after several exchanges about lower return amounts than what I initially paid. When I went to the post office with the QR code, they informed me that the item was too large for that return method and that I needed an EVRI label instead. I requested this label from the seller, but I am not receiving any helpful responses. The seller keeps insisting that I should print the label myself, but I have been explaining that I need the EVRI label and they are not listening. This situation has been ongoing for a couple of weeks, and now the free return period has expired. I have expressed that this delay is due to the seller's error, but I am still not receiving the EVRI label.I would like to know how I can get eBay to step in and help resolve this issue. I have followed the instructions to find the item purchased and go to "More Actions," but I cannot see the option for getting eBay support. Please help.Thank you.

If you are returning the item for the reason item not as described and the seller is paying for the label, which is not covering the cost of postage, then you need to contact eBay Customer Services, they will reissue the correct label, and charge it to the seller's account.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is 'member to member' support, not Ebay.
You may have left it too long to get a refund.
If you opened a case, and did not send the item back in the given time, the case is closed and the seller is informed that the case has closed and they do not have to refund you.
After your visit to the Post Office, when you found out the label was insufficient, you needed to contact Ebay Customer Services and ask them to prompt the seller to provide a suitable label.
Because you didn't do this, and the returns window has passed, there is not anything you can do through Ebay.
Depending on your reason for wanting to return the item, your payment provider may be able to help.
