Company using my personal home address on eBay without my concent..

We have received 3 return packages to our home address from an account.  We checked them out on eBay and found they are using our personal home address. We have contacted eBay several times but nothing is being done. Can anyone help?

Go to "Report Seller" in the help pages 

Theres an option The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies>Seller’s contact information isn't correct

Complete that 

Also Contact the seller directly via messaging on Ebay and say that they are incorrectly using your address and you have reported it to Ebay but they need to change this. 

What is strange is that a business must provide proof of address to open a business account : 

They are registered under SunglassSavvyAddress: 6 Penwood Walk, Rotherham, Sunnyside, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom S66 3XS - Is this your address?? Or have they set up a different returns address??  

If the latter then you can refuse any further returns (return to sender) and they will bounce back to the buyer who will then get onto Ebay and they will probably then action this.  - If that is your address then this would be more serious as the seller has used your ID to create a business account dave@ebay

Thanks, - I've just reported them via the 'report seller'  button like you suggested. I've also spoken to around 5 agents and they all said they would look into it but nothing has happened. Ive researched this and someone suggested it may be an overseas account looking to save money on returns shipping fees by using a fake UK address. However, im not happy about having items retuned to my house that people have paid for. Ive contacted the police, but id like it removed ASAP.

So is the  "6 Penwood Walk" not your address? and they are using another address just for returns?

Yes it's my home address. We wondered why we were getting packages through the post. I then googled my address with the word Ebay and found they were using my home address. Ebay are doing nothing to help.
