My account was opened in 2009 in uk

Fast forward 2016 I moved to Belgium and I did contact Hmrc about my move so my insurance number is dormant and also tax return no more forms 

Now that I am in Belgium last few years I am selling goods. Do I get chased by hmrc as most of my sales are uk bound and I have a uk account

You will be on ebay UK's returns to HMRC if you breach the sales thresholds.   Whether they chase you, who knows.

You have made this very complicated by not registering a new account when you moved.
