Combined Postage without authorisation

Hi, 

I have multiple safes for sale, and today a buyer bought 2, but they were only charged 1 postage charge by ebay.

Each safe has a £10.80 postage charge, so i should have received £21.60 to post both safes.

Anyone know why ebay hasn't charged my buyer for 2 lots of postage?

You will have to contact Ebay Customer services to ask why.

Before you do this, check the postage policy that you applied when you created the listing.

Using 'sell similar' is the easiest way to see all of the details from your original listing.
