I've made a sale and the buyer has collected the item in person. He could not find having received a proof of collection qr code for me to enter. He signed the invoice to confirm he has collected it. How do I mark the sale as collected without the code so that I can close the transaction? Thanks.

This is how to finalise that transaction:

It is not mandatory to use that code. Indeed, many sellers do not use the app to run their seller accounts, and that is needed here for that code.

You need to do this now, only on the Seller Hub

go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage / Print Postage label, and then click the box on the left of the item.

From the Postage tab above, use the drop down menu there, if the option to mark as collected is not there, then select Mark as Paid and Mark as Dispatched.

Dispatched is eBay's wording for a collected item.
