Collection of sellers parcel from Home Address

Are Evri reliable with collecting parcels from sellers please? I paid for a collection / delivery label yesterday but have not heard from Evri. Worried they won't come to collect the parcel..

From what I have heard their pickups are as unreliable their deliveries.

You as a seller also risk, late dispatches and late deliveries, which will be reflected in your records with ebay

If it is the sprayer, listing says you will use RM 2nd class, not Evri.

So you need to take parcel to PO, but you can't use normal post due to value, you must use special delivery or maybe even Parcelforce. 

Buyers expect you to use postage method you listed.
