Collection in person

Sold an item collection in person,buyer has paid but still not collected after 8 days.i have contacted them and they say they are sending a driver but no show .will ebay release the funds to me or will they contact the buyer

Ebay will release the funds in 14 days, unless there is a reason for a longer payment hold.
