I came to collect my parcel two days ago and the parcel was there but I was told to come back the next day as "the system was not working". I came back today and was told (not in the nicest way) that the system was still not working. I can't understand how a system can be down for three days. I see no way to report this situation to eBay. There is only an "item not received" option but then it answers that "the tracking shows the parcel has been delivered". Which is very true, it has just not been delivered to me! There is also "message seller" but this has nothing to do with the seller. What can I do about this?
Thank you for your quick response. I came back this evening, found a different person in charge and got the package . If the problem had persisted I wouldn't know how to report this to customer service. There seems to be no way to complain about or to give reviews to click and collect locations.
