Charged for postage twice

Hi, I have had a postage charge deducted from my paypal/ ebay balance. When I check the item the amount the buyer paid included postage and this has already been deducted from what they say they will pay?

So have had cost decuted twice (once from own funds and once from buyer payment amount). How do I get this back?

Sorry that does not make sense If what the buyer paid included postage, then that is what you receive. It is then up to you to buy/ pay for postage.

Show the breakdown of what you actually received?

Hi thanks for looking.

I've attached screenshots.

1.) On left - what I will get (funds are still pending as only posted this morning) - shows the buyer paid for postage but that I will be paid net of postage

2.) On right - A screenshot of transactions (not complete) - shows that they've charged me directly for postage (and have deducted this from the funds in my account).

So it looks like the buyer paid for postage and I am also being chagred?

Have tried the help bot but it was useless and cannot find a way to contact a customer service agent directly.

I sold two other things recently and it didn't deduct this second postage charge.
