Hi someone from the Channel Islands wants to check out. I checked postage and it seems to be the same as in the U.K. although was worried would be a lot higher. He says can’t check out would not accept the address for shipping. What should I do?
If you have Evri enabled they charge more for the CIs and so cause problems. If you opt out of Evri and leave Royal Mail (who charge the same as UK) it should be OK. You can opt out here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
