For years I have had no problem printing postage labels through EBay 4 x 6 on A4 paper. Suddenly for no apparent reason they are printed A4 . It will not change on iPad or printer. My son in law cannot find the answer neither can my Grandson who is good with technology. Some of my parcels are tiny so the labels are useless. Any advice welcome.
