Hi...I sold an item that had postage or collection in person. The buyer selected postage, has been charged postage but now wants to collect the item. Is this possible?? And will they get a refund??
It's best to cancel with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist for collection only for the buyer to buy again. Otherwise you won't get the collection code you need when buyer picks up the item.
