Bought an item on EBay which seller said was free postage with Royal Mail tracked 48. I received a so called tracking number which was not the usual format for a tracked 48. Contacted the seller who said that they sent the item second class. I had bought the item as I wanted it quickly and 48 tracked for me was ideal. My question is can the seller even though they are advertising free post 48 tracked in their listing change the way it's posted to just second class please? Many Thanks
